Dental implants are installed utilitizing a very minimal, non-invasive surgical procedure. Your permanent teeth are joined to the implants. The entire procedure can be done one hour.

Installing dental implants to replace lost tooth roots. the provisional bridge is secured ontop of the installed implants. patients wear this for 6 months in upper jaw, 3 months in lower jaw, upon which the final teeth is fabricated and installed within the next few months.

Your provisional teeth are replaced by your new final teeth. Your new teeth should be hard to tell from natural teeth. People who have had traditional dentures before getting a fixed bridge often describe this as an overwhelming and very positive experience.
